A.EON Holdings – Summary & Vision

A.EON Holdings was established to commercialise world-leading, commercial-scale waste plastic and end-of-life tyre processing using our patented Co-Pyrolysis technology developed in Australia. Our innovative approach ensures the production of high-quality, sulfur-free fuel oil and valuable by-products in a closed-loop, environmentally responsible process.

Our strategy begins with a demonstration plant in Victoria, capable of processing 10 to 12 tonnes per day, followed by expansion into New South Wales, Queensland, and eventually across Australia.

A.EON has actively sought the world’s best technology partners and developed a comprehensive business plan focused on converting post-consumer municipal waste plastic into valuable commercial by-products. Our team has rigorously evaluated end-of-life waste tyres and plastics through laboratory trials at Monash University, leading to the identification and refinement of commercial-scale Co-Pyrolysis technology.

Additionally, we have developed a retrofit module that enables large-scale facilities to integrate our Co-Pyrolysis process, significantly enhancing their operational efficiency and environmental impact.

Our closed-loop facilities ensure no waste generation while producing ultra-high-grade, sulfur-free fuel oils and other valuable outputs for industries such as shipping, defence, steel manufacturing, tyre manufacturing, and industrial filtration just to name a few.
