Pat Scrimizzi

Pat has been a key factor in developing A.Eon’s technology base and has been involved throughout the assessment of the technology and in particular the development of the base technology with Monash University through to the identification of the process elements that make up A.Eon’s core process.
As a Mechanical Engineer, Pat has spent the last 30 years working in the Chemical Industry and has extensive experience across the chemical conversion industry initially through Monsanto and then Lycopodium Process Industries, a leading engineering firm that focuses on chemical process plants. Then commencing his own Engineering Company, Core Design & Construction, which specializes in the Chemical, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Industrial Sector in Victoria. In addition, Pat owned and operated a chemical plant that made speciality chemical products which included the manufacture of the well-known product “Vaseline” for Unilever.
Some of the major projects undertaken by Core Design & Construction and headed by Pat included the following;
- Assa Abloy Manufacturing Plant – (Officially opened by the Victorian State Premier)
- H&R GSP Relocation of Coode Island Mobil Oil Storage Tank Farm Facility
- Universal Biosensors Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plant – (Officially opened by the Victorian State Premier)
- Sypharma Pharmaceuticals IV (Intravenous) Fluid Manufacturing Plant.
- Bright Light Almond Processing Plant.
- Northeast Water Fluoride Dosing Plant.
The type of services provided to the various industry groups included the following;
- Design and Construction of Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Industrial Processing Plants.
- Design and Construction of Dangerous Goods Bulk Storage Facilities.
- Design and Construction of specialist temperature and pressure controlled pharmaceutical and manufacturing clean rooms.
- Design and Construction of Tank Farms for a variety of bulk liquids including Containment of Corrosive, Flammable and Oxidizing Liquids.
- TGA and FDA Compliance and Validation documentation for the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Compliance Certification for Hazardous Area Environments.
- VBA Commercial Building Licensed Work (CCB-U 68058)

Andrew Lawson is a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in managing major projects and delivery across both the public and private sectors. Andrew is a highly motivated person who has built an impressive list of achievements over a 25-year career. He has a thorough understanding of project development, management and construction processes to deliver multi-million-dollar projects. Andrew brings the commercial and delivery skills required to delivering major projects to A.Eon Holdings.

MBD Industries, Managing Director: Developed globally recognised technology and Aquaculture Company. Raised more than $110m of private equity and $40m of government funding to build a multidisciplinary company.
Melbourne Docklands, Director Infrastructure: $550m Infrastructure program to deliver the Melbourne Docklands precinct. [Including: 50,000 seat stadium, 11,000 residents, and 40,000 office workers.
Melbourne City Link, Director Traffic $2B Infrastructure project to link Melbourne’s main freeway network, with links from Melbourne’s Airport (north) via the CBD to Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Andrew was the 5th employee on the project and following a successful $20m bid for the project was responsible for delivering the projects traffic related infrastructure over the following 5 years.

MBD Industries Andrew has been involved in MBD since its inception in 2006, initially as one of the 5 founding investors, he was appointed as Managing Director in 2007. Andrew has been responsible for leading and developing MBD into a Company that has world class expertise across water remediation and aquaculture. MBD is using knowledge and expertise to deliver a strong commercial business that produces high value algae products and the provision of bioremediation of industrial waste streams.

Jonathon Sarah

Jonathon is a Mechanical Engineer and construction professional with over 20 years of experience delivering design and construction engineering projects
Engineering Projects ranging from Power Generation, Large Scale Storage Tank farms and Fuel delivery systems, projects and Roles included the following;
- Site Engineering Manager for major power generation upgrade works at AGL Somerton Power Plant.
- Design and Construction Manager for construction and commissioning of the New Engine Testing Plant at GM Holden.
- Engineering Procurement and Construction Manager for the AGL Qenos Cogeneration (Solar Titan 250 turbine) project.
- Design and Liaison Manager with Tianchen Corporation China (TCC) for the new HRL 600MW coal gasification power station at Tianchen Corporation China (TCC).
- Engineering Design Manager for the $120M Bright Light Australia (BLA) Hattah Almond Processing facility.
